Founded in mid-2024, AIlure Agency emerged from the ashes of a Dutch branch of another modeling firm — but what rose was something bolder, smarter, and infinitely more magnetic. Spearheaded by two passionate models-turned-visionaries, Julia Issa and Milena Milenko, AIlure set out to redefine what it means to be a modern modeling agency.
What started as a Netherlands-focused collective quickly transformed into a global phenomenon. Within months, our official agency page skyrocketed to over 45,000 followers, driven by our signature content — powerful, themed visual reels like our viral Benny Benassi's Satisfaction tribute that took the internet by storm. These aren't just posts — they’re statements. They’re moments that capture eyes, hearts, and headlines.

Based in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, Julia has been modeling since August 2023 and has captivated an audience of over 170,000 followers on Instagram alone. As a proud ambassador for FanVue, Julia brings a digital-savvy and trend-forward perspective to everything AIlure stands for. Her magnetic presence and eye for visual storytelling set the tone for the agency's bold aesthetic.
Milena Milenko
Born in Odesa, Ukraine, and now living in Amsterdam, Milena — with her rich Dutch-Ukrainian heritage — began modeling in October 2023 and is quickly approaching 50,000 followers. Her style blends edge with elegance, and her thoughtful approach to content makes her the strategic heartbeat of the brand. Together with Julia, she envisioned an agency that champions authenticity and freedom.
