1. Content Responsibility

  • AIlure Agency does not condone or permit stolen content in any form.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, deepfake videos, unauthorized use of other content creators’ likenesses, and the reposting or recycling of content without proper rights or permissions.
  • Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from all AIlure platforms and termination of services.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments for AIlure promotional services are to be made exclusively via Throne gift packs.
  • Payments processed via Throne are non-refundable. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this condition in full.

3. Platform Compliance

  • AIlure reserves the right to remove your profile and suspend services if you are found to be in violation of Meta’s Terms & Conditions, or engage in any form of misconduct that may negatively affect the agency, its models, or affiliated platforms.
  • This includes — but is not limited to — harassment, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or spreading misinformation.

4. FanVue Referral Clause

  • If you originally registered on FanVue using AIlure as your referral and later decide to remove or change your referral link, we reserve the right to:
    • Remove all your content from AIlure’s social media platforms, website, and internal promotion channels.
    • Terminate any ongoing promotion packs or services without refund or further obligation.
